In order to speed up our process in handling renewals and new memberships. Here is the form that needs to be filled in.

We ask ALL renewals and new members alike to print this pic off and fill in before attending the club (if possible) and bring 2 forms of ID. This will speed up the process due to the limited amount of people we are allowed to have on site and will in turn avoid any possible queuing outside the club until it’s safe for you to enter.

All current members please be aware if you don’t bring your membership card along with you when attending the club you will not be allowed to enter (unless you are renewing your membership as it’s due to run out). Due to the number of persons wanting to join as a new members, once expired current members have 1 months grace to renew before their place is forfeited.

Once again sorry for what seems very harsh rules but we have to be mindful of numbers on site at anyone time.
